Notice: voluntasOS provides platform infrastructure for consent-based UX enhancement. We do not claim that using our platform guarantees ADA compliance for your website. Each website owner is responsible for their own compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other accessibility regulations.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing equal access to our platform and services for all users. This includes:
- Making our platform usable with assistive technologies

Reporting Accessibility Barriers

What to Include in Your Report
- The specific page or feature where you encountered the barrier
- A description of the issue and what you were trying to do
- The assistive technology, browser, and device you were using
- Your contact information so we can follow up
Our Response Process
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days
- Investigation: We will investigate the reported issue and determine the scope
- Resolution: We will work to resolve accessibility barriers in a timely manner
- Follow-Up: We will notify you when the issue has been addressed

Third-Party Services
voluntasOS integrates with some third-party services (payment processing, hosting, etc.). While we select vendors that meet accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party services. If you encounter accessibility issues with a third-party service, please contact us so we can work with the vendor.
Customer Responsibilities
If you use voluntasOS to deploy widgets or scripts on your website, please note:
- You remain responsible for the accessibility of your website
- You must ensure your website complies with the ADA and applicable laws
- You should test any scripts or features for accessibility before deployment
- You are responsible for responding to accessibility concerns from your users
voluntasOS provides tools for UX enhancement but does not guarantee ADA compliance for customer websites.
Formal Complaints
If you believe that you have been discriminated against on the basis of disability, you have the right to file a complaint with:
