No Cost for Language Services
Language assistance services are provided at no additional cost to voluntasOS users. We believe that language should not be a barrier to accessing our platform and support.
Translation Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate translations, please note:
- Translations are provided for informational purposes
- In case of any discrepancy, the English version of our terms, policies, and documentation shall prevail
- Machine translation may be used for initial communications, with human review available upon request
- Technical terminology may not have exact equivalents in all languages
Customer Responsibilities
If you use voluntasOS on your website and serve visitors who speak languages other than English:
- You are responsible for translating your widget text and policy documents
- You should ensure translations are accurate and legally appropriate
- You must provide language assistance to your own website visitors
- We can assist with widget configuration but cannot provide legal translation services
